Terms and Conditions

50% payment is required when making your booking with balance due 14 days prior to booking date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations notified prior to 30 days of arrival will incur a $50 administration fee.

Cancellations received 30 days or less of arrival will incur a fee of 20% of full booking price plus a $50 administration fee.

Cancellations received 14 days or less of arrival will incur a fee of 50% of full booking price plus a $50 administration fee.

Conditions of Use

  • Arrival is any time after 2pm and departure time is 10am.
  • All linen and towels are supplied (except beach towels).
  • My Port Lincoln Place is not serviced during your stay. For stays longer than 1 week you may request a service.
  • My Port Lincoln Place has a no party policy. Guests will be evicted immediately with no refunds given.
  • No smoking is permitted indoors
  • We request that the accommodation is left in a clean and tidy manner including washing any dirty dishes, removing all rubbish, bottles, food and personal items. Cleaning costs will be incurred by the guest if this is not the case.
  • My Port Lincoln Place is not responsible for any loss and/or damage to guests’ property.
  • Faults and/or damages must be reported to the owner immediately. The guest is responsible for any damage to the property and its contents.
  • My Port Lincoln Place is authorised to deduct monies to cover the cost of additional/excess cleaning, damages, repairs, replacement of goods, late departures or any other breaches of these terms and conditions.
  • Any Additional Fees will be charged to guests’ credit card facilities upon departure and a Tax Invoice/Receipt will be posted or emailed.
  • My Port Lincoln Place is pet friendly. No pets are permitted inside of the house (unless prior agreements made). However pets may sleep in the laundry utilising the outside access door. Dog owners are fully responsible for picking up droppings on the property and for any damage caused by their dog/s. A $75 pet bond applies and will be charged for dog droppings not being picked up prior to departure.

Please note that sometimes your computer’s spam filter or your ISP may inadvertently block the operator’s response email. If you do not receive a prompt response, taking into account that My Port Lincoln Place may not be able to contact you after hours, you should check your ‘junk’ mail folder or contact the property with the details we will send in your confirmation email.
